ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks appointment as primary school teacher on the premise of having duly qualified in such regard. The comments demonstrate that the persons employed had been the highest scoringin the competitive process and the petitioner did not find mention in merit against the available seats. No counter has been filed to the factual assertions pleaded by the respondents and even otherwise the determination of any factual controversy would require evidence etc, not being amenable to adjudication in the writ jurisdiction. In view hereof, it is observed that no vested right has been demonstrated before this court to merit the exercise of discretionary writjurisdiction, hence, this petition, found to be devoid of merit,is hereby dismissed.
