ORDER
Agha Faisal, J. The petitioner claims entitled for employment as police constable, however, such appointment was denied thereto on account of the petitioner screening positivefor Hepatitis. The petitioner seeks to controvert the findings of the designated medical facility in such regard and places reliance upon reports privately obtained. Prima facie this is a factual controversy, which cannot be determined without detailed inquiry / evidence. It is apparent that no vested right has been demonstrated before us to merit invocation of the discretionary[1] writ jurisdiction of this Court and even otherwise this matter is fraught with factual controversy, not amenable for adjudication in writ jurisdiction[2]. In view hereof, this petition is found to be without merit and is hereby dismissed.
