            The instant criminal revision application is second in its series. The earlier one was dismissed for non prosecution; its restoration was not sought for by the applicant, for no obvious reason. If for the sake of arguments, it is believed that second criminal revision application on same cause of action is maintainable, then it is hit by laches. Consequently, it is dismissed accordingly.
