                   At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant constitutional petition is involving factual controversy, therefore, he would not press its disposal before this Court on merit, provided the petitioner is permitted to exhaust his remedy before the Civil Court having jurisdiction with direction that the issue of limitation, if arises, to be considered in terms of Section 14 of the Limitation Act sympathetically, which is not opposed by learned Addl.A.G Sindh.
