                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents be directed to re-check papers of the petitioner and on re-checking declare him successful and then appoint him as Head Master in BS-17, if found eligible for such appointment. 

                        Learned Addl.A.G Sindh, while making reference to the comments filed by respondents No.1 and 2, has sought for dismissal of the instant constitutional petition by contending that the petitioner could not qualify even the pre-interview test and the instant constitutional petition is hit by laches miserably.

                        Heard and perused the record.

                        The person who has not been able to qualify pre-interview test could hardly be directed to be appointed as Head Master in BS-17. The controversy involved even otherwise being factual could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived and hit by laches is dismissed accordingly.
