                        The petitioner has sought for his appointment in civil service on the basis of deceased quota. The policy to make appointment of family members of the deceased employee was introduced in year 2002; the father of petitioner has died in year 2001; it was much before introduction of the policy; therefore, the petitioner could not be directed to be appointed in civil service on deceased quota basis. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly together with listed application.
