            It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that a letter containing recommendation for posting of the petitioners in District of their domicile has already been written by A.I.G Establishment for Inspector General of Police Sindh to Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Sindh (copy whereof is brought on record). By stating so,    for the time being, under instructions, he does not press the instant constitutional petition; it is disposed of accordingly.
