At the very outset, it is stated by learned Additional Advocate General, Sindh on behalf of the official respondents that if the petitioner would apply for the post on deceased quota other than the police constable then subject to qualification, he would be considered for such appointment in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner being satisfied with the statement of Additional Advocate General, Sindh does not press the instant petition, it is disposed of accordingly.
