2. Through listed application, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for correction in the order dated 23.02.2020, wherein, according to learned counsel, due to inadvertent typographical error date of order of the Tribunal has been wrongly mentioned as “22.02.2017” instead of “24.08.2020”, therefore, requests that necessary correction may be allowed in the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the respondents as well as learned Addl. A.G. Sindh waive notice of this application and do not oppose if listed application may be granted in the above terms.

Accordingly, this application (CMA No.6019/2022) is granted. Office is directed to make necessary correction in the aforesaid terms with red ink. , whereafter, respondents may comply with Court’s order duly modified.
