3&4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running a medical store under the name and style of “Irfan Medical Store” at Shop No.3, Rafiqui Shaheed Road, JPMC, Karachi, as licensee/tenant of respondent No.2, however, according to learned counsel, respondent No. 2, without assigning any reason has sealed the shop of the petitioner, whereas, millions of rupees medicines are lying therein. It has been prayed that respondents may be directed to de-seal the shop and not to create any hindrance in lawful business of the petitioner and may be further directed not to remove any medicines/articles lying in the shop.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents as well as D.A.G, for a date to be fixed after two weeks, when comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to place on record the current renavel of license, as well as any agreement or document supporting the claim of the petitioner for being a licensee/tenant of respondent No. 2 in respect of the subject shop on the next date of hearing.
