            Learned counsel for the appellant, under instructions, submits that the appellant does not want to press instant High Court Appeal, as according to him, the grievance of the appellant has been redressed. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a statement alongwith annexures, which is taken on record.

Ms. Maham Khalid, Advocate holding brief for Syed Daanish Ghazi, Advocate for the respondent No.1, pleads no instructions in this regard.

However, since the appellant wants to withdraw instant High Court Appeal unconditionally, therefore, the same is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith listed application.
