            Appellant and his counsel are called absent, no intimation is received. Instant High Court Appeal was filed on 26.02.2020 against an order dated 31.01.2020 passed in Suit No.2456/2017 alongwith other connected suits, whereby, ad-interim order operating in the aforesaid suits was not extended by the learned Single Judge. However, record shows that after having filed instant appeal, counsel for the appellant has not remained vigilant to pursue the same, whereas, no notice has been issued to the respondents. It appears that appellant has lost his interest in pursuing instant High Court Appeal, which accordingly is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
