Learned counsel for the appellant has referred to CMA No.1644/2021 filed by the appellant for unconditional withdrawal of instant appeal, which is duly supported by affidavit of appellant, wherein, it has been stated that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties outside the Court, therefore, appellant wants to withdraw instant appeal.

Be that as it may, since no notice of instant appeal has been issued to the respondents, whereas, appellant seeks to withdraw instant appeal unconditionally, therefore, instant I^st Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally alongwith listed applications.
