            After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant will be satisfied and will not press instant High Court Appeal; provided that the learned Single Judge may be directed to finally decide injunction application at an early date, after hearing the parties, as according to learned counsel, the impugned exparte injunction order obtained by the respondent through misrepresentation of facts has adversely affected the rights and interest of the appellant.

Accordingly, instant High Court Appeal stands disposed of alongwith listed applications as not pressed, however, with directions to the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge for early hearing and disposal of the injunction application, whereas, it is expected that injunction application may be decided by the learned Single Judge at an early date, after hearing all the learned counsel for the parties, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of this order.
