ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         This petition, filed in 2017, seeks to assert the entitlement to employment based upon a recruitment process of 2007. At the very outset, the petitioner was confronted with the issue of latches, however, he remained unable to provide any cogent justificationof the ten years' delay. In view hereof, this petition, found to be misconceived, is dismissed.
