                        The petitioner claiming to be retired employee of Muslim Noor Rice Mill, Larkana by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against the respondents to release his benefit under EOB Act, 1976.

                        Heard arguments and perused the record.

                        If for the sake of arguments, it is believed that the petitioner is retired employee of Muslim Noor Rice Mill, Larkana and his benefits are not being released, then he has an alternate and adequate remedy to exhaust for the purpose before the Appellate Board constituted under section 35 of EOB Act, 1976. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is disposed of accordingly.
