                   The petitioner by way of the instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against the respondents for regularizing his Village under Goth Abad Scheme.

                   After arguing the petition at some length, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he would not press the disposal of instant constitutional petition before this Court on merits, provided the Mukhtiarkar, Estate Headquarter, Shikarpur, is directed to make disposal of application of the petitioner for the purpose, in accordance with law, which is not opposed by learned Addl.A.G Sindh. Consequently, the Mukhtiarkar Estate Headquarter, Shikarpur is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner for the purpose, in accordance with law, within 30 days, if it is pending with him.

                   The instant constitutional petition is disposed of accordingly.
