It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner on having been appointed as Naib Qasid on contract basis for the period of three years by Executive District Officer (Education), Kashmore @ Kandhkot, joined his service but is not being paid his salary; therefore, the respondents be directed to release the salary to the petitioner.

Learned Addl.A.G Sindh while making reference to the comments filed by Regional Director (STEVTA), Larkana has sought for dismissal of the instant constitutional petition by contending that the document which the petitioner is having, are fake and bogus and even otherwise, the contractual period of his service has expired.

We have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

Whether, the petitioner has actually been appointed or documents with regard to his appointment are fake or bogus, is involving factual controversy. No factual controversy could be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
