At the very outset, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that certain petitioners have joined other job, therefore, under instructions, he does not press instant constitutional petition, provided the petitioners who are still working with PPHI Sindh are permitted to file their petition afresh on event of need.

In view of above, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioners, who are intending to file the fresh petition, may file the same, if it is permitted by law.
