                   The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against the respondents to appoint him as Junior Clerk in Education Department, being disable person for the reason that he has applied for such post. Nothing has been brought on record by the petitioner which may suggest that he has actually qualified the requisite test for his appointment as Junior Clerk on disable quota, which may justify this Court to direct the respondents to appoint him as Junior Clerk. Being faced with this situation, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied, if subject to law he is permitted to apply for his appointment in civil service on disable quota, whenever the posts are advertised formally, which is not opposed by learned Addl.A.G Sindh.

                   Order accordingly.
