ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks demolition of purported illegal construction on public land. The comments filed by the respondents vehemently denied the allegations of illegal construction and or any malfeasance and in such regard have placed the relevant record on file. In addition thereto learned Addl. A.G. has submitted that the petitioner has no locus-standi to maintain present petition, as he has been unable to demonstrate his status as an aggrieved person. It is submitted that even otherwise the allegations of the petitioner are fanciful and demonstrable negated by the record. In view hereof it is observed that no case has been set forth by the petitioner for exercise of writ jurisdiction of this Court, hence, this petition is dismissed alongwith pending applications.
