ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioners claim entitlement to employment as Mali and Chowkidar with the respondents, however, the comments filed by the respondents demonstrate that the names of the petitioners were never recommended for appointment as they did not fulfill the criteria or merit in such regard. No counter to the said factual assertions has been preferred by the petitioners and even otherwise such questions are not amenable for determination within the writ jurisdiction of this Court. In view hereof this petition is found to be devoid of merit, hence, dismissed.
