ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner claims to have been engaged on contractual / daily wages basis in 2005, however, has filed this petition in 2012 seeking release of salaries.  At the very outset, the learned counsel was confronted with the issue of laches and he remained unable to satisfy the Court in such regard. Learned counsel was also asked to demonstrate any subsisting relationship with the respondents and he failed to do so. Even otherwise recovery of dues pursuant to a contract / agreement is not amenable for adjudication in the writ jurisdiction.In view hereof this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
