ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioners claim entitlement for appointment as police constables on the premise that they were declared as successful candidates in competitive process in such regard. The comments available on record demonstrate that while the competitive recruitment process was duly held, however, the names of the petitioners were not mentioned in the final list and only those candidates mentioned in the list as having succeeded were called for interviews and further proceedings. Per the respondents the petitioners No.1 and 2 failed in the interview and petitioner No.3 failed in the interview as well as in the physical requirements. No counter has been preferred by the petitioners to these factual assertions and even otherwise the same could not be considered in the writ jurisdiction of this Court. In view hereof, this petition is found to be devoid of merit, hence, dismissed.
