ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         This petition, pending since 2010, seeks demarcation of public forest land and also removal of alleged encroachment thereupon by private respondents, not impleaded herein. Notwithstanding the vague nature of the prayer clause, the respondents in their comments have duly denied any negligence and/or collusion and have stated that any encroachment upon forest land is being duly dealt with in accordance with the law and the particulars of such action have also been placed on record.  The comments of the impleaded Police as well as District Administration Officers are also on record and it is stated therein that any encroachment found upon the government property is being duly pursued / prosecuted in accordance with law.In view hereof we see no reason to perpetuate this petition any longer as the specific (respondent specified) instances of encroachment are demonstrably being dealt with as required under the law, however, if there is any subsequent instance of misfeasance or malfeasancein such regard the same may be agitated specifically in appropriate proceedings. With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
