ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         This petition, pending since 2012, seeks removal of alleged encroachment upon forest land by private respondents. The respondents in their comments have duly denied any negligence and/or collusion and have stated that any encroachment upon forest land is being duly dealt with in accordance with the law and the particulars of such action have also been placed on record.  The comments of the impleaded officials are also on record and it is stated that any encroachment found upon the government property is being duly pursued / prosecuted in accordance with law.In view hereof we see no reason to perpetuate this petition any longer as the specificinstances of encroachment are demonstrably being dealt before the fora of competent jurisdiction, however, if there is any subsequent instance of misfeasance or malfeasancein such regard the same may be agitated in appropriate proceedings. With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
