                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that they have been appointed legally and now are being removed from their service by the respondents without lawful justification, therefore, they be restrained  from doing so.

                        Learned Addl.A.G while making reference to comments filed on behalf of District Education Officer Primary M/F, Dadu, has sought for dismissal of the instant constitutional petition by contending that the appointment orders of the petitioners are fake, fabricated and managed.

                        We have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

                        The appointment of the petitioners being legal or their appointment orders being fake or otherwise, is involving factual controversy, which could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
