ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         Petitioners seek to recover amount allegedly due thereto in view of land acquisition award. The learned Addl. A.G. draws attention to the comments and submits that there is no record of the petitioners’ entitlement to any immovable property subject matter of land acquisition proceedings. It is further submitted that the claim sought to be asserted by the petitioners, upon verification, could not be found to be genuine. It is apparent that this petition is fraught with factual controversy not amenable for adjudication within writ jurisdiction of this Court.In view hereof this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
