            No one is in attendance on behalf of the appellant, no intimation is received. On the last date of hearing, counsel for the appellant had shown appearance and requested for time to comply with office objection, however, needful has not been done. On the previous dates of hearing also, when the matter was fixed for order as to non-prosecution compliance was not made and the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice. Instant appeal is pending since 15.04.1990, however, without any useful progress, whereas, appellant and his counsel are not vigilant to pursue instant appeal, which is accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
