ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks recruitment as teacher in the relevant union council, however, the appointment was denied thereto on account of his being domiciled elsewhere. The petitioner claimed to belonged to Taluka Tangwani, District Kashmore @ Kandhkot, however, the District Recruitment Committee report demonstrates his permanent residence being in District Shikarpur. In view hereof it is apparent that no vested right to the relief claimed has been demonstrated before us and even, if the petitioner controverts the findings of the District Recruitment Committee, the same is not amenable for adjudication before the discretionary writ jurisdiction of this Court. The petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
