3. Instant appeal has been filed against judgment dated 31.05.2021 and decree dated 01.07.2021 respectively passed by the learned Banking Court No.III at Karachi, whereby, Suit No.98 of 2019 filed by the respondent Bank for the recovery towards credit card finance facility, has been decreed. According to the learned counsel for appellant, various amounts, which were already paid by the appellant, have not been taken into consideration, whereas, other charges have also been allowed in the impugned judgment and decree, which are contrary to the terms and conditions of the agreement executed between the parties.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondent, to be served through first three modes, for 16.12.2021, when objection/reply, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for appellant.
