ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         This petition, filed in 2017, seeks recovery of salaries from 2012 till date. Learned Addl. A.G. draws attention to the comments filed by the concerned Secretary and demonstrates that the petitioner was never genuinely appointed by the competent authority and his credentials were fake and fabricated. It is settled law that no vested rights could be created by reliance upon forged documents and even if the petitioner opts to contest the factum relied upon by the respondents, the writ jurisdiction of this Court is not amenable in such regard.In view hereof this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
