                        The appellant by way of instant criminal acquittal appeal has impugned judgment dated 15.03.2012, passed by learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, whereby the private respondents were acquitted.

                        The instant criminal acquittal appeal is second in series; the earlier one was dismissed by this Court on 03.09.2018, for non-prosecution. If for the sake of arguments, it is believed that the second criminal acquittal appeal could be maintained after dismissal of the first one for non-prosecution, then it appears to be time barred. Consequently, it is dismissed.
