ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioners seek appointment to the post of Primary School Teacher (PST), however, the comments relied upon by the respondents demonstrate that the documents relied upon by the petitioners are fake and fabricated; and that they had never applied for the said post nor participated in any competitive process in such regard. The petitioners have filed no counter to these comments of the respondents.  It is apparent that no vested rights of the petitioners could be demonstrated before us and even if the petitioners had sought to controvert the findings of the respondents, the process would require detailed factual enquiry and evidence, which is otherwise not amenable for agitation in writ jurisdiction of this Court.In view hereof this petition is found to be devoid of merits, hence, dismissed.
