ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner claims to have been engaged oncontract in 2012 for a period of three years, which has admittedly lapsed.  The present petition has been filed seeking recovery of alleged contractual dues there under.  It is settled law that the writ jurisdiction is not amenable for agitation of contractual disputes and even otherwise this petition is severely barred by laches, in respect whereof no cogent justification could be articulated.In view hereof this petition is found to misconceived, hence, dismissed.
