ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner claimed to have been appointed on 3 years contract in 2010 and seeks the release of salaries for constituents of the contractual period, since expired. At the very outset, learned counsel was confronted as to how any contractual dues could be sought to be recovered in writ jurisdiction, however, he remained unable to provide any justification. It is settled law that the writ jurisdiction is not aamenable for adjudicationof contractual disputes and even otherwise matters requiring factual inquiriesare based agitated before the courts of plenary jurisdiction. In view hereof instant petition is found to be misconceived, hence, is dismissed.
