                   The applicant by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application has impugned an order dated 01.12.2020, passed by learned 4^th Judicial Magistrate, Larkana, whereby the FIR Crime No.104/2020, lodged by applicant with P.S Rehmatpur was cancelled under “C” class.

                   With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the cancellation of subject FIR under ‘B’ class is converted into ‘C’ class with permission to the applicant to file direct complaint of the incident before the Court having jurisdiction, if so is advised.

                   The instant Crl. Misc.Application is disposed of accordingly.
