4&5.     Instant High Court Appeal has been filed against a combined order dated 02.09.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge, on the original side, of this Court in J.M. No.8 of 2021 alongwith other cases, whereby, according to learned counsel for the appellant, the provisions of section 27 of Patent Ordinance, 2000 has been misinterpreted, whereas, according to learned counsel, similar appeals have also been filed by other aggrieved party, including H.C.A. Nos.169, 170, 174, 175, 176 and 177 of 2021, in which Notices have been issued to the respondents for 13.01.2022.

            Mr. Shahjahan Khan, Advocate has shown appearance on behalf of the respondent No.1 after serving a notice under Order 40 Rule 3 CPC, files vakalatnama, claims copy of instant appeal alongwith annexures and requests for time to file objection/reply. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to supply copy of the same during course of the day.   

            Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents No.2&3, to be served through first thee modes, for 13.01.2022, when the aforesaid High Court Appeals may be fixed alongwith instant High Court Appeal, whereas, objection/reply, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for appellant.
