ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner, demonstrably devoid of locus standi, seeks issuance of a writ against S.S.G.C, being a private respondent, for installation of gas infrastructure in five identified villages. Learned counsel has been unable to substantiate as to how the petitioner was aggrieved and further as to how a writ could be issued to a private respondent. No reason was articulated as to the basis for the claim for the cited region to be given precedence in terms of supply of gas over other areas / regions. In view hereof, this Court is constrained to observe that no case has been set forth for the invocation of the discretionary[1] writ jurisdiction of this Court, hence, this petition is hereby dismissed.
