JUDGMENT

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioners, being contractual employees, seek direct employment in BPS-17. The advertisement, relied by the petitioners themselves, demonstrates that the experience requirement excluded contractual employment. The respondents’ comments demonstrate that in view of the petitioners’ not having qualified, per the very advertisement that they had applied, their services could not be engaged. It is apparent that the petitioners never challenged the terms delineated vide the advertisement and applied thereunder. The manifest disqualification could not lead to a belated grievance / challenge. No vested right has been demonstrated before us to merit consideration of the discretionary writ jurisdiction of this Court, hence, this petition is dismissed.
