ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks appointment as Primary School Teacher (PST) on account of having qualified, however, the comments filed by the respondents demonstrate that he remained unsuccessful on account of non-compliance of Domicile and PRC requirements.  It is an admitted fact that last date of submission of application was 20.06.2012, however, the Domicile/PRC of the petitioner was issued on 21.03.2013.  The petitioner has contended that Domicile/PRC under reference was erroneously issued/procured, however, the said documents were cancelled subsequently and an earlier Domicile/PRC prepared in 2003 was revived. Be that as it may, it is manifest that upon the last date for submission of applications, the application of the petitioner was discrepant. The factual controversies prior or subsequent thereto are of precious little benefit to the petitioner and in any event such controversies are not amenable to the writ jurisdiction of this Court. It is, thus, observed that no case has been set forth by the petitioner meriting discretionary indulgence of this Court, hence, this petition is dismissed.
