ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner has challenged notifications restricting his movement in the public interest, issued by the Home Department, Government of Sindh, however, it is manifest that the tenancy of the same has since expired.  On 16.11.2021, petitioner’s counsel was specifically queried as to how post expiry of the said notifications this petition could be maintained, however, he has remained unable to satisfy the court in such regard till date. In view hereof it is manifest that this petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
