ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioners seek appointment as Primary School Teacher (PST) on account that they have been duly qualified in such regard.  The comments filed by the respondents demonstrate that one of the petitioners was rejected on account of Domicile while the other could not be enlisted on account of having lesser marks than the successful candidates.No vested right has been demonstrated before us to consider the relief claimed by the petitioners. In view hereof, this Court is constrained to observe that no case has been set forth for the invocation of the discretionary[1] writ jurisdiction of this Court, hence, this petition is hereby dismissed.
