ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner, being an employee of SEPCO, in BPS-07 seeks appointment in BPS-14 on the basis of deceased quota. At the very onset the counsel was confronted as to how the petitioner sought appointment when he was already employed by the same respondent; he remained unable to articulate a cogent justification. Counsel was also queried whether the respondent had any provision for a deceased quota; he remained unable to provide a positive response. In view hereof, we are constrained to observe that the counsel has remained unable to set forth a case for exercise of the writ jurisdiction of this court, hence, this petition is dismissed.
