ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioners seek issuance of offer/appointment letters for the post of Primary School Teachers on the premise that they have succeeded in the merit list insuch regard. The comments filed by the respondents demonstrate that the score obtained by the respective petitioners was insufficient to declare them successful and the persons with higher scores were considered for appointment in accordance with law. It was demonstrated from the record that only persons with higher scores were considered for employment in the pertinent recruitment process. No vested right has been demonstrated before us to consider the relief claimed by the petitioners. In view hereof, this Court is constrained to observe that no case has been set forth for the invocation of the discretionary[1] writ jurisdiction of this Court, hence, this petition is hereby dismissed.
