ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks release of the salary of her husband, said to be missing person, from SEPCO. The comments available on file demonstrate that the petitioner’s husband had sought casual leave on 28.06.2019 and has been absent from service since that time. It is also noted that numerous notices for resumption of duty have also been issued to the petitioner’s husband, copies whereof have been placed on record. The petitioner has remained unable to justify her locus standi to claim her husband's salary and the said plea in any event appears untenable in view of the admitted absence of the said person from duty. In view hereof it is observed that the present petition is misconceived, hence, dismissed.
