No one is in attendance on behalf of the appellant, no intimation is received. It appears that the matter was being represented by M/s. Fazl-e-Ghani Advocates, however, thereafter; Mr. Najeeb Jamali filed his vakalatnama but not shown appearance in Court on last two previous dates of hearing, which is pending before this Court since 2000, whereas, same is being fixed today for order as to non-prosecution.

Today, neither the appellant or its counsel is in attendance, nor any intimation on their behalf is available on record. It appears that the appellant has lost the interest in pursuing instant High Court Appeal, which is accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
