2. Through listed application filed under Order XLI, Rule 2 read with Section 151 CPC, the petitioner has prayed that operation of order dated 21.12.2021 may be suspended for another period of 15 days’ to allow the petitioner to file CPLA before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan and to obtain appropriate interim relief, as according to learned counsel, due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner has not been able to get the matter fixed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, despite the fact that, CPLA has been filed alongwith urgent application, however, in view of the pendency of large number of cases before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan such urgency could not be granted. Per learned counsel, under similar circumstances, this Court has been pleased to exercise such authority while extending the time period and suspending the operation of the impugned order, in the case of Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited v. Pakistan through its Secretary Revenue and others, vide order dated 20.09.2019 passed in C.P. No.D-5264 of 2019, copy of the aforesaid order has been placed on record. It has been prayed that no prejudice may be caused to the respondents, if the listed application is granted.

As an indulgence, this application (CMA No.1502/2022) is granted and the operation of the impugned judgment passed on 20.12.2021 is suspended for another period of fifteen (15) days from the date of this order.
