                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has mainly prayed for suspension of non-bailable warrant, which was issued against by him on account of his failure to make payment of penal amount worth Rs.30,000/-, which was imposed upon him consequent upon forfeiture of his bail bond,       by learned 2^nd Judicial Magistrate, Larkana.

                        None has put appearance on behalf of the petitioner and no intimation is furnished. It is reported by learned 2^nd Judicial Magistrate, Larkana that non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner has been recalled and vacated consequent upon making payment of penal amount by the petitioner.

                        In view of above, the instant constitutional petition having become infructuous is disposed of accordingly.
