ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner had written a letter seeking construction of a tomb / mausoleum in his village and the said letter was converted into a petition, vide order dated 20.10.2015. This petition has been pending for almost seven years and when it came up for hearing today, the petitioner was asked to demonstrate any Constitutional / vested right to seek the relief claimed, however, he remained singularly unable to articulate a single cogent justification in such regard. It is considered opportune to conclude the present matter by restricting ourselves to observing that in the absence of any demonstrable fundamental / vested right to the relief claimed, no case is made out before us to perpetuate this lis, hence, this petition is hereby dismissed.
